We are teachers, and we shape the students, their personality, their attitude and by so , we shape their future as well. Even thinking so far, we can say that also, in the future of their babies, we play significant role, as their babies will get good facilities and the value of Education will be based on the student, the parents as well.
We are to shape so... and not even one or two students, but many and much more in our entire life.
And when we have such an important duty, we should give our best.
But to deliver the best, it need us to be best before. and so for keep improving our self is must... keep improving not with time, but ahead of time, because teachers are not the followers of the change, teachers are the drivers of the change.Teacher is the creator of change.
Students are the next generation, how the teacher will shape the student, student will be able to drive the change...
So don't be best, but BE BETTER ALWAYS, BETTER OF YOUR OWN PREVIOUS VERSION.
આપણે શિક્ષક છીએ, અને શિક્ષક એ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઘડે છે, તેમના વ્યક્તિત્વને ઘડે છે, અને આમ કરીને એક શિક્ષક વિદ્યાર્થીના ભવિષ્યને પણ ઘડે છે. હજુ પણ જો વધુ દુરનુ વિચારીએ તો શિક્ષક વિદ્યાર્થીને જ નહિ પણ તેમના બાળકોના ભવિષ્યના ઘડતરમાં પણ બહુ જ મહત્વનો ભાગ ભજવે છે. જો વિદ્યાર્થીનું ભાવી સારુ હશે, તે પોતે અભ્યાસનું મહત્વ સમજતો હશે તો તે પોતાના બાળકો ને સારી સુવિદ્યાઓ પણ આપી શકશે અને તેમના બાળકોને અભ્યાસ નુ મહત્વ પણ સમજાવી શકશે. તેમના બાળકો જાતે જ અભ્યાસ નુ મહત્વ સમજી જશે.
આપણે આવી રીતે અનેક જીવન ને આકાર આપીએ છીએ,એક જ જીવન નહિ, પણ ઘણા બધા જીવન, એ બધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કે જે તમારા જીવન દરમિયાન તમારા હાથ નીચેથી જવાના છે . . .
અને જયારે આપણે આટલી મહત્વની ફરજ નિભાવવાની છે, તો આપની ફરજ માં આવે છે કે આપણે આપણું બેસ્ટ આપીએ,
પણ એક વાત એ પણ છે કે આપણે બેસ્ટ આપવા માટે પહેલા એ જરૂરી છે કે આપણે પોતે બેસ્ટ હોઈએ, અને એટલે આપણે હંમેશા પ્રગતિ કરતા રહીએ, હંમેશા શીખતા રહીએ એ જરૂરી છે. અને એક શિક્ષક તરીકે, પ્રગતિ સમય સાથે નથી કરવાની, પણ સમય કરતા પહેલા કરવાની છે કેમ કે એક શિક્ષક એ બદલાવ ને અનુસરતો નથી, પણ પોતે બદલાવ કરે છે. બદલાવનો નિર્માતા શિક્ષક હોય છે.
વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આવનારું ભવિષ્ય છે, શિક્ષક વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જેવા તૈયાર કરશે, વિદ્યાર્થી તેવા જ બદલાવ લાવિ શકશે.
એટલે, બેસ્ટ રહેવું જરૂરી નથી, પણ હંમેશા વધુ ને વધુ સારા રહેવું જરૂરી છે, પોતાના અગાઉના વર્ઝન કરતા વધુ સારા.
